350 - 360 mg/day for pregnant folks aged 19 and older. 310 - 320 mg/day if you are not pregnant.
If you have a tingling feeling after spraying, it is usually a sign that your body has low levels of magnesium. This tingling or itching will stop the more you use Magnesium Oil. To soothe this sensation, you can apply our Mother Mother Oil, or any moisturizer after spraying. You can also rinse the Magnesium off after rubbing it in.
